We offer a 30-day refund window for portal-access purchases made through TPassViralEdit.
This policy applies to the current offer: authenticated portal access to previews, bundle scopes, and AI tool entry points.
When Refunds Apply
- You purchased access in error and contacted us promptly.
- The portal access materially differed from the offer described on the site.
- You no longer wish to keep the purchase within 30 days of the transaction date.

Important Notes
- Refunds may be limited once project zips have been downloaded — digital deliverables aren’t recoverable after fulfilment.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
